About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic District Manager (Leadership Role) to join our Houston team. The ideal candidate is a high-performing team leader with a proven track record in restaurant POS SaaS field sales. You excel in prospecting, closing deals, managing a field sales team, and exceeding performance metrics. If you are passionate about field sales and making a tangible impact, we want you on our team!

This is a District Sales Management position. You must reside in the Houston metro area. No in-office attendance required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, motivate, and lead a high-performing field sales team to meet and surpass quotas.
  • Provide coaching on effective discovery sessions, in-person demos, and tailoring solutions to customer needs.
  • Travel locally within the district and lead by example through walk-ins, prospecting, and closing deals in the field.
  • Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales promises and delivery.
  • Use Salesforce and other tools strategically to boost productivity, track pipelines, and assess conversion rates.
  • Drive new business growth within your district.

Basic Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in sourcing and/or closing roles, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Consistent success in sales achievements.
  • Passionate, energizing, and inspiring leadership qualities.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, innovative, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive management experience building and leading customer-focused, quota-driven, full-cycle sales teams.
  • Background in selling restaurant POS software or Merchant Services.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Ability to foster a high-performing, results-oriented culture.
