Cumulus Media in Harrisburg, PA has an immediate opening for a Sales Assistant. This role supports the sales team with administrative tasks, order processing, and traffic coordination to ensure timely media buys.

You will interact with clients and internal departments, creating proposals and maintaining materials. The successful candidate will have 1–3 years in sales/advertising, proficient MS Office use, and excellent communication.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising and/or promotions preferred.
• Extensive computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, image manipulation, social media and the ability to adapt to proprietary systems.
• Background in radio station continuity or sales helpful.
• Self-starter with attention to detail, organized, and strong written and verbal communication; multitasking capable.

Mansioni

• Act as liaison between the sales team, clients, and inter-company departments.
• Organize and input orders; assist in creating sales proposals and digital campaigns; provide customer care.
• Assist Account Executives with orders and traffic as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations; provide research materials using Tapscan, Media Monitors, Scarborough.
• Maintain up-to-date sales materials and media kits; backup for traffic input into Vcreative.
