The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years in sales or promotions, advanced computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising and/or promotions.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication; multitasking abilities.
• Experience in radio station continuity or sales is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the sales team, clients and internal departments.
• Organize and input orders; assist in creating sales proposals and digital campaigns; provide customer care.
• Assist Account Executives with orders and traffic as needed.
• Prepare and assemble reports and presentations.
• Provide research materials using Tapscan, Media Monitors, Scarborough, etc.
• Keep sales materials/media kits up to date.
• Backup for Account Executives and Receptionist as needed.
• Attend National promotions as needed.
• Answer telephones, schedule appointments.
