Job summary

UC Irvine's Department of Radiation Oncology seeks an experienced Program Administrator to manage residency and health professions education programs, ensuring compliance with ACGME, CAMPEP and related standards.

The role provides administrative support to the Residency Program Director, oversees learner activities, recruitment and budget processes, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to contribute to education innovation.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of ACGME/CAMPEP/AAAPM program requirements.
• Experience designing education programs and managing calendars.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and reimbursements.
• Familiarity with UC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate GME and non-GME residency programs.
• Support learners and assessments of core competencies.
• Lead program planning and liaison with affiliate sites.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of faculty and residents.
• Provide administrative support for PDs and residents.
