Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or a multi-state LPN license through the eNLC.
• Basic Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of hire date.
• State criminal background check and Federal checks as required for regulated areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient setting per patient care plans under supervision.
• Assist physicians and the supervising role with examinations and procedures.
• Care documentation: record patient data, observations and responses to care.
• Administer medications intramuscular, subcutaneous, IV, oral, nebulization and/or MDI as assigned.
• Support patient and family education and rehabilitation per teaching plan.
