WVUH West Virginia University Hospitals in Bridgeport, WV is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct outpatient nursing care under physician supervision. You will screen patients and assist with examinations in a busy clinic.

The active LPN license (state or multi-state via eNLC) and Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire are required. This full-time position offers a supportive team and a standard clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice or multi-state eNLC license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.
• Direct outpatient nursing care under physician supervision.
• Accurate documentation of vital signs and patient data.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Administers IM, subcutaneous, and oral medications as ordered.
• Assists Providers and RN with examinations and procedures.
• Records patient data and communicates concerns to the physician.
• Supports staff and ensures patient flow in the clinic.
