Job summary

Rapiscan Systems, an OSI Systems, Inc. company, seeks a Sr Director of Product Line Management to own strategy and roadmaps for the Radiation Detection portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape go-to-market plans, and deliver compelling business cases for new product development.

You will oversee all radiation products, work with engineering, marketing and sales, and report to senior management with strong communication and leadership. Domestic and global travel is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or technical field required; MS/MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in product management, product marketing, strategic marketing, engineering, and/or program management for global capital equipment/tech products.
• Technical background with electro-mechanical products and radiation detection systems.
• Strong financial acumen: product costing, project costing, cost analyses; ability to present to management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior management audiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape the overarching product lines vision and drive go-to-market execution for Radiation Detection products.
• Provide leadership and direction for product lines across lifecycle with engineering/operations/sales.
• Create clear product line vision, strategy, and road map; evaluate new market opportunities.
