Rapiscan Systems, an OSI Systems company, seeks a Sr Director, Product Line Management to lead the Radiation Detection portfolio, shaping vision and strategy. You will partner with engineering, operations and sales to drive lifecycle success and deliver strong business cases.

The role requires 15+ years in product management or related fields, with global leadership experience, and travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or technical field required.
• MS or MBA preferred for leadership roles.
• Minimum 15+ years in product management, marketing, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Shape the overarching product lines vision and drive go-to-market execution.
• Provide leadership and direction for product lines through lifecycle with engineering, operations and sales.
• Lead cross-functional teams and make decisions in the product line's best interests.
• Establish clear vision, strategy, and roadmaps to grow profitability.
• Evaluate new markets and prepare business cases for new products.
• Oversee New Product Development and Product Offering Management.
• Coordinate go-to-market and training activities for sales.
• Support quoting and bid/proposal efforts for non-standard products.
• Communicate with senior management and elevate key issues as needed.
