Job summary

Crane Company seeks a Product Line Leader for Downhole and Radiation Monitoring to shape strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and drive long-term growth across domestic and international markets. You will own the product line planning and collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales to deliver innovative solutions.

You will also drive relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners, align on pricing strategies, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years cross-functional leadership in relevant fields.
• Experience in oil and gas or related industries preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive long-term planning for Downhole and Radiation Monitoring verticals.
• Lead product line annual planning across functions.
• Lead opportunity strategy, pricing, risk mitigation; support proposal development and negotiations.
• Cultivate executive and working relationships; develop strategic partnerships and voice of the customer.
• Identify segmenting, targeting, and positioning; collaborate with Supply Chain on cost targets.
• Lead the NPI planning phase and Stage Gate activities with leadership reviews.
• Represent the organization in external discussions, customers, and technical forums.
