Rapiscan Systems, an OSI Systems, Inc. company, seeks a Sr Director of Product Line Management for its Radiation Detection portfolio. You will lead product strategy, drive lifecycle decisions, and coordinate with engineering, operations and sales to maximize revenue and profitability.

You will oversee all radiation products from large vehicle scanners to handheld systems, shaping vision, executing go-to-market plans and guiding cross-functional teams in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or a related technical field required; MS/MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in Product Management/Marketing/Engineering/PMO in global capital equipment/technology.
• Technical background with electro-mechanical products and radiation detection systems.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to build cost analyses for leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior management audiences.

Responsabilités

• Shape the product lines vision and drive go-to-market execution for Radiation Detection products.
• Provide leadership and direction for product lines across lifecycle with engineering, operations and sales.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address key issues and make sound decisions.
• Establish clear product line visions, strategies, and roadmaps with engineering and sales teams.
• Develop business cases and evaluate new market and product opportunities.
• Initiate NPD programs and guide Product Requirements Documents through development cycles.
• Define and communicate Product Offering, configurations, options, and pricing.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
• Support quotes, bids, and non-standard product requests with clear requirements and cost estimates.
• Prioritize sustaining work and keep senior management informed of key issues.
