Raytheon' s Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a Senior Principal Systems Engineer, Hardware Tech Lead to advance radar capability development. You will work with Linux-based systems, hands-on hardware/software integration, and lab testing to solve complex challenges.

Qualifications
- Degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Red Hat Linux.
- Experience configuring hardware, installing software, and troubleshooting hardware/software/electronics.
- Experience with technical and/or functional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and document system integration and test activities for radar programs.
- Perform hands-on hardware/software testing in Linux environments.
- Mentor junior engineers in troubleshooting and hardware integration.
- Troubleshoot system-level issues related to software, hardware, and OS.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams for HWIL deliveries and material coordination.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Support system-level test readiness reviews and post-test analysis.
- Ensure safety, quality standards, and program processes adherence.
- Willingness to travel 10% domestically and internationally.
