Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a systems engineer to support radar performance, signal processing, and integration across the lifecycle. This role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship, with travel to Moorestown, Wallops Island, and other Navy sites as needed.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in systems engineering, experience with radar or Navy combat systems, and strong capabilities in requirements management and MBSE practices. ABET-accredited engineering degree strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering and defense programs.
• Experience with radar systems, Navy combat systems, or other complex defense systems preferred.
• Ability to develop, analyze, and maintain system requirements, interface documentation, and engineering baselines with traceability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and laboratory tools.
