Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to support SPY-6 radar engineering capabilities for the U.S. Navy from our El Paso, TX area.

The role focuses on systems engineering, radar performance, signal processing, and lifecycle integration with government teams. The position requires an active Secret Clearance, 4+ years of relevant experience, and travel to Moorestown, NJ and Wallops Island, with occasional trips to Quantico/VA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and tracing system requirements and interface documentation.
• Experience with radar systems, sensor technologies, Navy combat systems, or similar defense systems preferred.
• Experience modeling, simulating, and analyzing system performance to guide engineering decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and lab tools.
