The position requires 4+ years of experience, an ACTIVE Secret clearance, and a BS/ABET-accredited engineering degree. Travel to Moorestown, Wallops Island, and Quantico areas is expected, up to about 5 trips per year.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering activities across the lifecycle.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and tracing system requirements and baselines.
• Experience with radar systems, Navy combat systems, or defense programs preferred.
• Experience using models/simulations to assess performance and support decisions.
• Experience planning, coordinating, or executing system testing and lab/integration testing.
• Familiarity with MBSE tools and processes for system design and integration.
• Ability to work with government engineers and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface docs.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and lab tools.
