Job summary

RTX in El Segundo, CA is seeking Radar Systems Engineers to join the Advanced Products & Solutions Mission Area. You will define system architecture, develop requirements, perform analysis and modeling, and support integration, testing, and flight activities across the full product lifecycle.

The role requires a Masters in STEM, experience in systems engineering or radar fundamentals, and strong MATLAB/C++/Python skills, with DoD clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in STEM fields required.
• Experience in Systems Engineering or radar fundamentals preferred.
• Experience with algorithm design, requirements development, software/hardware integration, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture and develop requirements across the product lifecycle.
• Perform analysis, modeling, and MBSE activities; support integration and flight testing.
• Support verification, validation, and system performance assessments; generate CONOPS and system architectures.
• Prepare and present technical reports and briefings to stakeholders.
