Job summary

RTX APS, within the Systems Engineering Center, is seeking Radar Systems Engineers to design and develop advanced radar and early‑warning sensor systems for the warfighter. You will work with experienced engineers to define architecture, develop requirements, and support the full product lifecycle, including verification and flight activities.

You will perform modeling and analysis using MATLAB, Python, and C++, contribute to DOORS‑based requirements, and participate in MBSE‑driven system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Technology, Engineering or Math by start date.
• Hands‑on testing of electronic equipment in labs.
• Experience in algorithm design, requirements development, software/hardware integration, and configuration management.
• Academic or internship experience in related systems engineering areas.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture and develop/verify requirements across the lifecycle.
• Perform analysis, modeling, and MBSE‑based system design.
• Support integration, testing, flight activities, and documentation.
• Use DOORS for requirements verification and generate CONOPS and architectures.
• Present technical reports and briefings to stakeholders.
