Job summary

SimVentions is an employee-owned company supporting SPY-6 radar engineering for the U.S. Navy. The role focuses on systems engineering, radar performance, signal processing, and integration across the lifecycle.

Travel to Moorestown, Wallops Island, and occasional Navy Yard/Quantico visits are expected, with up to 5 trips annually. The position requires an active Secret clearance; US citizenship is mandatory for clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering activities including requirements development, specification management, systems integration, and design verification.
• Ability to develop, analyze, and maintain system requirements, interface documentation, and engineering baselines with traceability.
• Experience with radar systems, sensor technologies, Navy combat systems, or similar defense systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
