Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Specialist Solutions Architect for the Radar product line in the United States. You will act as a subject matter expert on fraud and risk, collaborating with sales, pre-sales, product, and engineering to shape the roadmap and drive revenue globally.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, product, or risk strategy role focused on e-commerce fraud prevention, risk management, or trust and safety.
Deep working knowledge of the fraud and risk ecosystem including payment fraud, account takeover, and policy abuse.
Experience with risk management architectures, rules engines, ML models, and manual review queues.

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert on Stripe Radar to accelerate opportunities globally.
Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, product, and engineering to influence the roadmap and educate stakeholders.
Develop reusable assets and coach others on complex, high-value opportunities.
Run customer workshops and lead key opportunities; manage relationships with senior customer leaders.
Provide Voice of the Customer to drive product prioritization and feedback to engineering and product teams.
Escape escalation points to drive resolution of complex technical issues with Stripe's engineering team.
Support Sales with tools and training to qualify potential leads.
