Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect for Radar (Fraud/Risk) in New York or San Francisco. This full-time onsite role focuses on driving pipeline, educating product teams, and leading strategic opportunities.

You will partner with sales, pre-sales, and engineering to shape solutions that mitigate fraud and risk across global customers. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in pre-sales or risk strategy, with deep knowledge of fraud ecosystems and risk architectures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pre-sales, technical consulting, product or risk strategy for e-commerce fraud prevention.
• Deep knowledge of fraud/risk ecosystems: CNP, ATO, friendly fraud, policy abuse.
• Experience with risk architectures: rules engines, ML models, manual review queues.
• Knowledge of signals used in fraud detection: device/IP data, biometrics, identity verification.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on Stripe Radar to accelerate opportunities globally.
• Educate product/engineering on market trends; influence product roadmap.
• Develop reusable assets; coach others on high-value opportunities.
• Lead customer workshops; own key customer relationships.
• Partner with Radar product sales to guide strategy for major Radar customers.
