Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for Radar to accelerate opportunities globally and partner with sales, pre-sales, product, and engineering. You will become the domain expert, coaching teams, and shaping how fraud and risk solutions scale across Stripe's customer base.

You will build strong relationships with senior customer leaders, influence product roadmaps, and lead key opportunities while collaborating with product and GTM teams to deliver reusable, high-impact assets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pre-sales, technical consulting, product, or risk strategy focused on e-commerce fraud prevention or trust.
• Deep knowledge of fraud and risk ecosystems, including payment fraud, account takeover and policy abuse.
• Experience with risk management architectures, rules engines, and ML model usage.
• Strong comprehension of signals used in fraud detection (device/IP data, biometrics, identity verification).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to operate effectively in unstructured, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on Stripe's Radar product to accelerate opportunities globally.
• Demonstrate trends in fraud/risk ecosystems and guide product roadmap.
• Develop patterns for deploying advanced fraud systems and review queues.
• Understand risk/identity integrations and ensure successful deployments.
• Create reusable assets and train teams on high-value opportunities.
• Lead strategy with Radar GTM and manage key customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Radar product team to preview new features.
• Provide Voice of the Customer insights to product prioritization.
• Escalate complex tech issues to Stripe engineering for resolution.
• Support customers and teams on deal strategy and product questions.
• Equip Sales with tools to qualify potential leads.
• Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events and executive briefings.
