Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Product Manager for the Radar team focused on fraud prevention and risk management. You will work with customers, developers, and partners to embed fraud controls into systems and workflows, shaping products and APIs that deliver practical value while balancing reliability and developer experience.

You will collaborate across engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market functions to define strategy, roadmaps, and monetization models, driving outcomes and market impact

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Highly analytical with a rigorous approach to data and evidence.
• Scrappy and resourceful with demonstrated zero-to-one product delivery.
• Strong commercial sense and ability to tie customer needs to business value.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with B2B exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of payments and fraud landscape and relevant workflows.
• Partner with customers, developers, and partners to uncover unmet needs and integration challenges.
• Define product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing based on impact, feasibility and value.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to deliver APIs and developer experiences.
• Lead product development from ideation to launch with disciplined execution.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and partnerships to drive adoption of new experiences.
• Guide early implementations with feedback to improve docs, onboarding, and production readiness.
• Own metrics for integration success, adoption, retention, revenue, and user value, guiding decisions.
