Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Product Manager for the Radar team to understand novel fraud attacks from customers, translate insights into strategy, and drive a roadmap. You’ll bridge customers, engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams to shape and ship defenses that protect merchants while enabling growth.

You’ll balance urgency with craft in a complex, high-visibility product area. You’ll work at the intersection of user and developer experiences, moving quickly as threats evolve while

Qualifications

8+ years of Product Management experience.
Analytical with a rigorous approach to quantitative and qualitative evidence; ability to write SQL when needed.
Experience taking products from zero to one and scaling.
Strong commercial acumen; cross-functional leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the fraud and abuse landscape.
Translate findings into a product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing high impact defenses.
Partner with engineering, data science, and design to implement solutions.
Set the pace for the team with thoughtful scoping, ruthless prioritization, and high rigor.
Own product performance, user experience, and key business metrics.
