Job summary

RTX seeks a Software Integration Engineer for the Dual Band Radar Software Integration Team in Tewksbury, MA. The role focuses on integrating software written in C, C++, and Java, performing testing, data analysis, and tool development. Travel to support Navy customer activities is required.

Qualified candidates typically hold a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience and must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. Onsite work is expected with RTX offering competitive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher STEM degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience with C, C++, or Java development and Linux/Unix.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government issued Interim Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, testing, troubleshooting, and configuration management of software builds with the radar system IBM P9 Integration.
• Travel to perform software installs, radar operation support, data analysis and issue resolution.
• Perform integration and testing of application software and tools on the AIX/UNIX OS.
• Maintain and enhance tooling infrastructure.
