Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Experience leading an engineering team and managing production/sustainment programs.
• Active DoD/top secret clearance or transferable clearance required on day 1.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management and career development for ~15 direct reports.
• Oversee staffing, hiring, and talent acquisition for the section.
• Collaborate with other sections and support department initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, budgets, and schedules.
• Provide technical leadership in radar hardware production and sustainment.
