Job summary

Entarian seeks a qualified Fielder/Trainer (New Equipment) to support the PdM M2S2 program, focusing on radar systems (AN/TPQ-50, AN/TPQ-53). The role emphasizes fielding, training, maintenance, and sustainment in diverse locations to exceed contract requirements.

Ideal candidates have DoD fielding or NET experience, Secret clearance, and strong problem-solving and teaching abilities, with readiness for worldwide deployment and autonomous operation.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree (experience may substitute).
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• At least 4 years field experience on radar systems or NET/Fielding for a DoD program.
• Knowledge of logs, calibration data, and equipment records; ability to maintain records.
• Willing to deploy worldwide and sign deployment agreement.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport.
• Ability to work autonomously in austere locations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of radar theory, design, testing and maintenance; able to read schematics.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to provide remote and on-site troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Red Hat Linux.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, fault isolate, and repair components to the LRU level.
• Remove and replace un-serviceable components and parts.
• Identify and requisition parts required for system repair.
• Support failure analysis, system upgrades, and modifications.
• Perform system software loading for fielding or upgrades.
• Install modification kits at unit locations.
• Support testing during system and software upgrades.
• Participate in technical publication and maintenance procedure reviews.
• Participate in training package reviews.
• Perform system checkout prior to initial fielding to Army units.
• Provide over-the-shoulder training to Soldiers on radar operation and maintenance (94M or field level maintenance).
