Job summary

Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a Sr Fielding Coordinator at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role requires coordinating pre-fielding inventories and hand-offs, and developing fielding training for PdM Radars products, in collaboration with OEMs and Army stakeholders.

Secret clearance is required and the position is contingent on contract award. We value ten years of fielding coordination experience, a BS or equivalent, and CompTIA certifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Fielding Coordination experience.
• CompTIA Certifications required.
• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma; substitutions: 4 years additional experience may substitute for BS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-fielding inventories (COEI, AAL, BII) and conduct fielding performance testing.
• Coordinate hand-off procedures via GCCS-A through Brigade PBO to gaining units.
• Develop and execute developmental and proficiency training for fielding team personnel and PdM Radars product lines.
