Job summary

Entarian is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator to support the PdM M2S2 program. The role involves coordinating trainers for NET, maintaining training records, and briefing leadership on instructor status while ensuring training across a radar systems portfolio (AN/TPQ-50 and AN/TPQ-53).

The candidate should bring extensive DoD radar training experience, TS clearance, and strong MS Office skills to manage lessons, tracking, and fielding activities on austere deployments.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive training experience on radar systems for a DoD program.
• Experience coordinating NET training for large numbers of systems.
• Clear ability to lead and brief senior stakeholders on training status.
• US citizen with an active Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trainers to conduct New Equipment Training and ensure system knowledge.
• Maintain cohesive staff support for the customer and project.
• Track and manage training events, missions, and instructor status.
• Revise training materials and instructor guides; update training databases.
