The Polo Club in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a friendly Racquets Shop Associate to greet members and guests, assist with reservations, events and retail needs, and deliver exceptional service daily.

You will engage with customers across in-person, phone and email channels, learn the club's programs, manage inventory, and support special events under the Racquets Shop Manager. Strong computer skills and tennis knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to use club systems.
• Basic tennis knowledge and interest in learning offerings.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests warmly and service needs across channels.
• Answer calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about reservations and programs.
• Learn program offerings, events, and retail products.
• Register court reservations using booking software and Chelsea/NorthStar apps.
• Assist with events and maintain organized Racquets Shoppe and storeroom.
• Open/close shop per procedures and support inventory tagging/restocking.
