The Boca Raton is seeking a Racquet Club Concierge to provide a quality tennis experience for guests and members. You will manage reservations for courts, lessons and clinics, and help guests with game matching to enhance their visit.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and customer service skills and resort or country club experience. Knowledge of tennis programs is a plus, and the role includes processing lesson and court fees and assisting with retail sales.

Essential Functions

Job duties include, although are not limited to:

• Oversee court, lesson and clinic reservations
• Knowledge of all tennis programs
• Assist members and guests with game matching
• Lesson and court fee billing
• Retail sales.

Internal Relationships

Reports to Director of Racquet Sports

External Relationships

Has regular contact withClub members and Resort guests, meeting planners, vendors.

Qualifications and Education/Experience Requirements

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in a customer service environment.
• Resort and/ or country club experience; good tennis knowledge a plus.

Physical Requirements

Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. It requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
