Job summary

The Windsor Tennis Club in Vero Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated Tennis Professional to deliver an outstanding member and guest tennis experience. You will conduct private and group lessons, lead clinics, and promote all aspects of the tennis program to maintain Windsor's high standards.

Responsibilities include court maintenance, pro shop support, racquet restringing, and weekend/holiday availability. Prior luxury/private club experience preferred; strong customer service required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the tennis industry with high‑level instruction.
• Experience at luxury resorts or private clubs is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class service by engaging with all tennis participants in events and leagues.
• Deliver private and group tennis lessons, clinics and drills.
• Promote other tennis program aspects to members and guests.
• Protect health and safety of members, guests and staff.
• Assist with court sweeping, lining and maintenance.
• Assist in the Pro Shop with merchandise sales, scheduling, phone, and inventory.
• String and order racquets.
• Work weekends and holidays; maintain regular attendance.

REPORTS TO: Director of Tennis

POSITION TYPE: Seasonal Non- E xempt

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Tennis Professional will deliver the member and guest tennis experience to the highest level of Windsor standards.

• Provide a world class service experience by engaging with all tennis participants in tournaments, events, and league play
• Deliver superior Private & Group Lessons, Clinics, and Drills
• Contribute to the overall success of the department by actively promoting all other aspects of the tennis program
• Protect the health and safety of all Members, guests and staff
• Assist with the sweeping and lining of courts and court maintenance
• Assist in the Pro Shop with merchandise sales, scheduling, answering telephone, taking inventory, etc.
• String and order racquets

• Regular attendance and timeliness are required
