Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies, LLC in Everett, WA is seeking a production associate for 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6am–2:30pm). You will rack and processing parts, wire/clip to racks, perform quality checks, and complete required paperwork with attention to safety and accuracy.

Position requires basic math, PPE compliance, and the ability to stand 6–8 hours. Requires strong reading/writing in English and high school/GED completion. Benefits include PTO, holidays, and health insurance options.

Responsibilities

• Select the proper racking procedure by size, shape and quantity.
• Wire or clip objects to rack or hoist for processing; remove after.
• Unrack parts, perform quality checks and verify completion.
• Perform basic math operations as needed in the workflow.
• Complete required paperwork per guidelines.
• Ensure proper PPE and follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a clean work area; dispose of waste and wires appropriately.
• Dispose of hazardous waste material correctly.
• Able to stand for a full 6–8 hour shift.
• Read, write, and communicate in English proficiently.

Schedule:

1st shift (Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm)

Job Description:

• Select appropriate racking procedure according to size, shape and number of objects to be processed


• Wire or clip objects to rack or hoist for processing remove parts from rack or bar after processing


• Unracking parts, performing quality checks, and verifying completion with precision and attention to details


• Ability to perform basic math operations and apply them in the work environment


• Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines


• Ensure proper PPE is worn and safety guidelines are followed


• Maintain a clean working area at all times by disposing of any unnecessary trash or wires


• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly


• Ability to stand throughout a full 6 to 8-hour work shift


• Proficient in English for reading, writing, and verbal communication

Requirements:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required


• Compensation Range: $20.77-23.00
