Job summary

Pioneer Metal Finishing is hiring for a Racker position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will rack, unrack, and package parts, inspect quality, and record production data. Candidates should be dependable with a safety-focused mindset.

Both 1st shift and 3rd shift are available with a $2.00 nightly differential on 3rd shift; occasional Saturdays may apply. Next-day pay and growth opportunities are highlighted in the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior manufacturing experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
• Ability to effectively utilize language: speaking, reading, and writing.
• Must possess effective verbal and interpersonal communications skills; ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders.
• Safely handle customer products and tooling to prevent damage.
• Perform visual inspections of parts before processing.
• Record production information accurately.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures around industrial equipment and chemicals.

Overview

As a Racker, you will:

• Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders

• Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemicals

This is a hands-on, fast-paced general labor position in a manufacturing environment — perfect for someone dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work.

What to Expect on the Job:

• Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment
• Work around sharp parts, heavy carts, and process lines
• Use of hearing protection and other safety equipment
• A team-oriented environment where attitude matters
