Job summary

Triumph Processing Inc. in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a parts preparer to support the production line, determine job priority, and assist the operator as needed.

You will select racking procedures, wire or clip items to racks, remove parts after processing, and ensure safety and paperwork are followed. This role is manufacturing-based with ITAR considerations and strong safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (required).
• No prior experience specified; ability to learn on the job is expected.
• Physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs and wear PPE as required.

Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing parts for the production process and assisting the operator as needed

Job Description:

• Determine priority of jobs to begin preparing for processing
• Select appropriate racking procedure according to size, shape and number of objects to be processed
• Wire or clip objects to rack or hoist for processing
• Remove parts from rack or bar after processing
• Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines
• Ensure proper PPE is worn and safety guidelines are followed
• Maintain a clean working area at all times by disposing of any unnecessary trash or wires
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands: Must be able to consistently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50-75 lbs. This is a physically active job. That requires vision, average sight, touch, and MUST be able to wear PPE.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The majority of work is performed in a manufacturing setting.

This position requires access to knowledge and technical data regulated by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Valence Surface Technologies is required to verify that applicants meet ITAR requirements prior to employment for this role.
