Walmart is hiring a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee repairs of Refrigeration HVAC equipment within Walmart facilities. The role requires 2 years of commercial Refrigeration HVAC experience, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
• Hold a valid state driver’s license with clean MVR.
• 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC/refrigeration skills and tools.
• Use the work order system to receive repair Work Orders for Stores and Store associates and document repair activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities/equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required training to operate equipment safely.
• Comply with OSHA and EPA regulations per Walmart safety policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights as needed.
