Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee repair of refrigeration HVAC equipment across local stores. You will use hand, digital, and power tools to complete jobs and ensure safety and compliance with all regulations.

The role requires 2 years of commercial HVAC refrigeration maintenance, EPA certification for refrigerant handling, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR. Lift up to 75 pounds and be comfortable with heights.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using tools and equipment.
• Use work orders to receive repair tasks and document activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety trainings and comply with EPA regulations.
