Job summary

Walmart in Union City, CA is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to maintain and repair Walmart facility Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets, using commercial HVAC tools to complete jobs. This role supports the store's repair operations and ensures safety and efficiency.

Required are 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance, rack refrigeration experience, EPA certification for refrigerant handling, a valid driver's license, and a High School

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling.
• Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and tools.
• Use the work order system to receive and document repair work orders.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities/equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required training for equipment and tool safety.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations as per Walmart policy.
