The Technician Operator role involves tote data entry, verification, and maintaining equipment across racetracks and corporate offices.

You will train new employees, handle setup/tear-down of boards, stock parts, and assist with shipping and labeling tasks. Ability to travel and work varied hours is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Line technician experience and electrical/computer experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Tote system data entry and verification.
• Prepare reports and paperwork for racetrack or corporate office.
• Assist in shipping, loading or unloading equipment and supplies.
• Label, package, ship and reorder spare parts.
• Train new employees and Line Technicians.
• Maintain, operate, setup or troubleshoot tote boards and auxiliary odds boards.
• Operate communications equipment at the racetrack.
• Prepare and maintain United Tote equipment.
