Job summary

Accenture's Oracle practice is seeking a transformation consultant to lead Oracle Cloud Financial Management programs, concentrating on R2R processes, governance, and design workshops. You will collaborate with clients to map requirements, propose robust designs, and drive end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud FIN solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Financials experience, a bachelor's degree, and Oracle certification, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project.
Minimum of 1 year of experience of end-to-end Record to Report business processes.
Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.

Responsibilities

Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) business requirements; demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design.
Help clients understand leading Record to Report business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle.
Spot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs.
Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Record to Report solution offering powered by Oracle Cloud.
Lead, coach, and advise a small project team to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Record to Report solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment; understand and apply Oracle methodologies.
Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.
