Job summary

Accenture’s Oracle practice is seeking a transformation professional to guide clients through Oracle Cloud Finance (R2R) implementations. You will lead workshops, map business requirements, and drive end-to-end R2R design and configuration in Oracle Cloud.

Travel may be required (0–100%). You will collaborate with clients, manage delivery teams, and apply Oracle methodologies to deliver integrated solutions that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. GL and FCH).
• Minimum 1 year in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
• Minimum 1 year end-to-end Record to Report business processes.
• Minimum 1 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud FIN implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
• Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand R2R requirements and propose robust design.
• Help clients understand leading R2R processes and transform their business with Oracle.
• Spot strategies and risks, and recommend approaches that meet client needs.
• Provide design options using prototypes.
• Lead a project team to design, set up, test, and deploy Oracle R2R solutions in an integrated environment.
