Job summary

Accenture’s Oracle practice seeks a transformation expert to drive Record to Report optimization using Oracle Cloud. You will lead workshops, define robust designs, and guide teams through end-to-end R2R implementations to help clients become digital leaders.

You’ll mentor project teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and stay current with Oracle features and industry trends to deliver top-quality solutions. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience of end-to-end Record to Report business processes.
• Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
• Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) business requirements; demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design.
• Help clients understand leading Record to Report business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle.
• Spot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs.
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Record to Report solution offering powered by Oracle Cloud.
• Lead, coach, and advise a small project team to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Record to Report solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment; understand and apply Oracle methodologies.
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.
• Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered.
• Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts.
• Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs.
