Job summary

Accenture’s Oracle practice seeks a transformation expert to help clients digitize and optimize Record to Report processes using Oracle Cloud. You will lead design workshops, guide end-to-end R2R implementations, and partner with stakeholders to shape robust cloud-based solutions.

Travel may be required; you’ll work with a global team to deliver complex Oracle Cloud projects, blending functional advisory and technical configuration expertise for business impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience of end-to-end Record to Report business processes.
• Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) requirements.
• Help clients understand leading R2R business processes to transform their business with Oracle.
• Spot strategies, risks, and options, and recommend approaches that sidestep problems.
• Lead a project team to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Record to Report solutions.
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on deliverables.
• Gain the trust of client, teammates, and managers to ensure delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends and Oracle features to provide best solutions.
