Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation maven to help clients digitize with Oracle Cloud Financial Management and R2R processes. You will facilitate workshops, define robust designs, and guide end-to-end implementations. You may lead small teams, advise stakeholders, and stay ahead of Oracle features to deliver strong, integrated solutions.

Role requires experience in Oracle Cloud FIN, advisory or consulting, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Travel may be needed based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (incl. General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub).
• Minimum of 1 year in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project.
• Minimum of 1 year of end-to-end Record to Report business processes.
• Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.
• If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
• Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) business requirements; demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design.
• Help clients understand leading Record to Report business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle.
• Spot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs.
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Record to Report solution offering powered by Oracle Cloud.
• Lead, coach, and advise a small project team to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Record to Report solutions and ensure integration.
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.
• Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered.
• Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs.
