Job summary

Accenture’s Oracle practice seeks a transformation-focused consultant to help clients digitize their financial processes using Oracle Cloud Financial Management. You will lead workshops, shape R2R design, and chart practical paths for implementing Oracle Cloud FIN solutions.

You will mentor teams, manage delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable configurations that align with business goals. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financial Management (GL and FAH).
• 1+ year in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation.
• 1+ year of end-to-end Record to Report business processes.
• 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
• 1 Oracle Cloud certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report requirements and design robust solutions.
• Explain leading R2R processes and help clients transform using Oracle Cloud.
• Identify risks, options, and design approaches to meet client needs.
• Provide design options using prototypes for client validation.
• Lead project teams to design, set up, test, and deploy Oracle R2R solutions in an integrated environment.
