Job summary

Accenture’s Oracle practice is seeking a transformation leader to guide clients through Oracle Cloud Financial Management implementations, including GL and FAH, in the US. You’ll facilitate design workshops, define R2R processes, and design robust solutions powered by Oracle Cloud.

Travel may be required; strong communication and project leadership are essential. Minimum 3 years of Oracle Cloud Finance experience and at least 1 Oracle Cloud certification are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Financial Management experience (GL & FAH).
• 1 year in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation.
• 1+ year end-to-end Record to Report business processes.
• 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
• Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders to capture R2R requirements.
• Explain R2R processes and guide transformation using Oracle.
• Identify strategies and risks; propose robust, feasible approaches.
• Provide design options using prototypes.
• Collaborate with project team to deploy Oracle R2R solutions.
• Lead and coach a small project team through setup, testing, and deployment.
• Plan tasks and report on deliverables.
• Earn client trust and ensure timely project delivery.
• Grow skills and support business development.
• Stay updated on Oracle features to deliver best solutions.
