Micron Technology, Inc. in Manassas, VA seeks a Process Control Systems Engineer to develop and sustain Run-to-Run and FDC strategies. You will work with manufacturing, engineering, and information systems teams on site and globally to protect yield and quality in wafer fabrication.

Responsibilities include deploying R2R controllers, monitoring performance, and leading small teams on improvements. Strong scripting, data analytics, and AMAT E3 familiarity are highly valued.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or advanced certification in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of process control methods, including SPC, R2R, and FDC.
• Experience with data analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective action in manufacturing.
• Ability to troubleshoot software, system, and equipment communication issues.
• Strong communication and documentation skills across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with manufacturing and engineering customers to define control requirements and choose R2R and FDC solutions.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain R2R controllers and FDC strategies with data collection and OCAPs.
• Monitor controller performance and use data analysis to improve methods.
• Configure data collection and troubleshoot issues across Host, CIM, and Sigma.
• Investigate process variation and excursions, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver R2R training and share lessons learned with global teams.
