• Root-cause analysis methods (FMEA, RCA, 8D) for corrective actions.
• Automated reporting and dashboards to monitor signals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Fault Detection and Classification for manufacturing facilities.
• Identify FDC dependencies and improve FDC strategies.
• Test and implement system changes; manage change control processes.
• Collaborate with worldwide counterparts and customers on FDC data.
• Coordinate automation issues across equipment types in a manufacturing area.
• Support cost reduction and sustainment improvements in area.
