Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Proven leadership capabilities and/or people management experience.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to the Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists to meet objectives.
• Mentor and coach PSSs to develop for current and future roles.
• Foster teamwork, trust, and effective communication across the unit and cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships to identify strategic opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.
• Lead multiple priorities and allocate resources to ensure high efficiency and quality.
• Apply business ethics and sound decision-making to achieve standards of excellence.
