Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of demonstrated sales, B2B, or related commercial experience.
• Proven leadership capabilities and people management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, disease states and treatment guidelines within the primary care setting.
• Manages sales metrics, market analysis, and budget within the primary care environment.
• Shares insights to guide brand strategy.
• Coaches and develops sales reps in field customer engagement.
• Cultivates a collaborative and performance-driven team environment, setting clear expectations and providing necessary support for sales representatives to excel.
• Actively seeks opportunities for growth using market insights and customer feedback to drive innovative sales strategies.
• Enables access via multiple selling channels, leveraging relevant technology to achieve impact.
