Aurora is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to support first article products for the hardware engineering team. You will contribute as a certified welder and fabricator in the fabrication shop, working on R&D prototypes and quality control.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of direct welding in an R&D or rapid prototyping environment.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes.
• Read layouts, schematics, and weld symbols with mechanical aptitude.

Aufgaben

• Serve as an R&D Technician, welding and fabricating in the shop.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Hardware Engineering and other teams.
• Maintain documentation and safety protocols while meeting timelines.
• Operate with minimal supervision while upholding company values.
• Partner with the R&D Manager to optimize shop operations and efficiencies.
• Assist other R&D shop units to drive team goals.
• Pursue professional growth and continuous learning opportunities.
