Job summary

Overland AI in Seattle, WA is seeking a hands-on Fabricator to build and modify components for our autonomous off‑road vehicles. You will fabricate structural parts, perform TIG and MIG welds, and integrate parts on prototype and early-production builds, working closely with engineering and production teams.

This role requires 1–5 years of fabrication experience, proficiency with aluminum and stainless steel, and ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of professional fabrication experience.
• Advanced proficiency in TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate precision structural components, chassis elements, and suspension parts for autonomous ground vehicle platforms.
• Cut, shape, and form aluminum and steel sheet and tubing to exact tolerances.
• Execute TIG and MIG welds on critical performance components.
• Interpret technical drawings and engineering designs to produce low-volume production parts and prototype assemblies.
• Test-fit, modify, and integrate fabricated parts into various vehicle platforms.
